At Spreezz, your happiness is our priority, and we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process. Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Please reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for the refund. Once we approve your request, you’ll receive instructions for sending the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If the product was received as a gift, we can issue store credit instead. Certain items, such as personal care products, diapers, or items marked as "Final Sale," are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene concerns. Refunds are not applicable to digital or downloadable products.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the product appears used, damaged, or not in original condition. If a product is damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
