We want you to love every purchase you make at Spreezz. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent. You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID, product details, and reason for return. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days. Certain items such as personal care products, feeding bottles, and clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If the return is approved for a damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no extra charge. In cases where the product is found to be used or tampered with, the return will be rejected. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
